The Dean of KNUST Faculty of Law, Dr. Ernest Owusu-Dapaa and Faculty Registrar, Mrs. Abigail Dzama Anderson were invited by the organisers as observers for the 2022 31st Christof Heyns African Human Rights Moot Court Competition being held in the British University in Egypt from 25 - 30 July 2022 in Cairo, Egypt.

This invitation was in consonance with established tradition of the competition since the last three decades that the leadership of the Faculty of Law, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi, Ghana, selected to host the next year's edition of the competition (l.e. 2023) attends the preceding year's competition.
