Richmond Osei-Hwere holds a Master of Laws Degree(LLM)  in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Richmond is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He had his professional legal education at the Ghana School of Law. Richmond served previously as State Attorney at the Attorney-General’s Department of Ghana. His areas of interests include Energy and Natural Resources Law, Company Law, Corporate Governance, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Criminal Law.
