Oswald Kafui Seneadza is a Senior Lecturer and currently the Vice-Dean and Head of Department of Public Law. He is also the Assistant Editor of KNUST Law Journal and serves as External Assessor/Reviewer and Editorial Adviser for several scholarly and referred journals. He lectures in Public International Law, Environmental Law, Administrative Law, and Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law KNUST, and takes service courses in Principles of Law .

He is a Course Facilitator/Coordinator at the Institute of Distance Learning, KNUST He has several publications comprising books, course materials and scholarly articles in referred journals.

His recent publications include:

1. The Law and Practice in Maritime Boundary Delimitation: Lessons for the Resolution of Dispute Between Cote d’Ivoire and Ghana: In: Commonwealth Law Bulletin, T&F Group, vol. 37, No 2, June 2011, pages 295-305;

2. The Death Penalty in Ghanaian Law and Practice: Can its Retention in Contemporary Time Be Justified? In: Commonwealth Law Bulletin, T & F Group, vol. 37 2011, Issue 1, pages 115-133.

He was a Judge at several International Moot Courts including: the 17th All African Human Rights Moot Court at the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2008; the 18th Moot Court at Lagos University, Nigeria in 2009, the 19th Moot Court at Université d’Abomey-Calavi, Benin in 2010; the 20th Moot Court at Pretoria University in of South Africa in 2011.He is well-exposed and communicates effectively in three international languages: English, German, and Russian.
